Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, but the dining options were not satisfactory. The staff were mostly helpful and friendly, and the location was convenient, although with limited attractions. The facilities were decent overall, offering a good value for money.
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were warm, and I was advised to use room towels for the pool, which was convenient for both swimming and kids' playtime. The service was excellent, with a staff that was welcoming and quick to accommodate requests. The location was good for visiting Harry Potter studios, but the presence of a rat was a significant concern. The dining options were delicious, especially the breakfast served by Magda and Geta. The facilities were well-maintained, providing a comfortable experience.
The hotel had lovely rooms with digital locks and a clean pool. The rooms were modern, clean, and had good quality bedding. However, the service was at times unhelpful, with priorities elsewhere and a lack of apologies for late bedding requests. The location was convenient, albeit small for the size of the hotel, and the hotel's proximity to Harry Potter World was a plus. The dining offered varied and plentiful options, and the facilities were well-maintained overall.
The hotel had spacious and clean rooms with plenty of facilities, but I was a bit disappointed to see they were a bit dated compared to the lovely reception. The service was lovely and helpful, although it was a shambles and expensive. The location was nice, but a couple of staff members could do with more training. The dining experience was brilliant with plenty of well-cooked food available. The facilities were satisfactory.
